Levels

  1. Home row: 4 5 6. Uses only 4 5 6.
  2. Add the top row: 7 8 9. Uses only 4 5 6 7 8 9.
  3. Add the bottom row: 1 2 3. Uses only 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9.
  4. Add 0. Uses only 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9.
  5. Amounts with a decimal point. Dollar-and-cent amounts, so the decimal point becomes part of the rhythm.

Move up when you can finish a 3-minute run without looking at the keypad. Speed follows accuracy, not the other way round: a wrong key costs the key plus the fix.
